Role: Area Sales Manager (B2B)- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, particularly Industrial / OEM , and expand into untapped customer segments.- Identify growth opportunities in new regions and industries within the industrial lubricants.- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making.- Lead and mentor the Area sales team, providing strategic direction and performance support to consistently achieve sales targets.- Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to continuously refine sales strategies.- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely project execution.- Define clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks to drive accountability and sustainable revenue growth.Preferred Requirements- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in industrial Lubricants or consumables sales, with a strong background in general industrial or OEM segments.- Proven track record of successfully entering new markets and building a robust industrial customer base.- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic market environment.- Strategic thinker with in-depth knowledge of the industrial paints & coatings industry and a clear understanding of customer needs and challenges.
