Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Drive regional sales targets with strategic plans aligned to company goals by appointing Distributors as per company guidelines.
Market Insights: Identify growth prospects through market analysis and competitor insights.
Territory Optimization: Maximize market penetration through efficient territory management.
Performance Tracking: Implement metrics for sales team evaluation and improvement.
Promotions: Collaborate for impactful promotional events and product launches.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards, regulations, and reporting accuracy
Qualifications and Requirements:
5+ years of experience in white goods sales.
Must be located in Delhi
Must have experience with white goods sales in Delhi, West UP & Haryana
Persons with experience in sales of Air Conditioners/Refrigerators/Televisions & other electronic appliances will be preferred.
Location:
The base station is Delhi, with frequent travel to Delhi, West UP & Haryana.

Rs.35,000 - 40,000 + Incentives & Benefits
