ob Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our loan sales efforts in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business, building channel partnerships, leading a sales team, and driving loan disbursement volumes across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of personal and business loans through direct and indirect sourcing.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of loan sales executives and agents.
Identify new channel partners (DSAs, connectors, financial advisors) and onboard them for lead generation.
Plan and execute field activities to generate leads and build a sales funnel.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI regulations during sourcing and documentation.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities in the Mumbai region.
Maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Submit regular MIS reports, performance dashboards, and sales forecasts to management.
