4. Team Management & Capability BuildingKey Responsibilities



Lead, train, and monitor

TSI / SO / ISR / Merchandisers

. Conduct joint market visits every week. Ensure team follows daily market routes & sales processes.

5. Distributor ManagementKey Responsibilities



Ensure distributor ROI, stock hygiene, and claim management. Maintain optimum distributor inventory (10-15 days stock). Drive order booking, billing efficiency, and timely collections.

6. Market Intelligence & Competition TrackingKey Responsibilities



Track competitor pricing, schemes, NPD, and market activities. Recommend corrective actions to management. Provide weekly reports on trends and threats.

7. Compliance & DocumentationKey Responsibilities



Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, pricing norms. Verify market claims, schemes, retailer payouts. Ensure discipline, code of conduct, and ethical practices.

8. Customer Relationship ManagementKey Responsibilities



Build strong relationships with top retailers & wholesalers. Resolve complaints quickly and maintain satisfaction. Improve service levels across all channels.
