He will be responsible for preparing and achieving targets of the assigned area
He will be responsible for identification and appointment of new distributors in the area and also expansion of the existing network.
He Will be responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with all the distributors, dealers & farmers so as to fulfill the Dayal?s Mission.
He will be required to align with the corporate marketing strategy and develop business plans accordingly to achieve the corporate objectives.
He will be responsible for timely realization of dues and keep a good financial control in the market.
He will be responsible for Managing the Buffer Godowns.
He will be required to establish Liasoning with Agri-Institutes & concerned government authorities
He will be responsible for maintaining the soil sample data of his area.
He will be required to analyze the different markets and develop own strategy to establish Dayal Brand in the area.
He will be responsible for smooth execution of all the MDev activities as per the plan.
He will be required to effectively monitor his teams' performance on different activities and build the sales capabilities by coaching and training so that they achieve their targets.
He will be required to hold weekly / monthly samiksha meetings of the team to provide the right direction and share the best practices.
Must have:-
Experience of launching company in the fresh market from the scratch
Experience of Working in Seeds.
Experience of Handling Approx. 5 Crore Business from Non Bulk Products
