Job Description

Our company specializes in natural products, including essential oils, sandalwood products, and avocado oil. We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets for essential oils, sandalwood products, and avocado oil.

2. Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and their benefits.

4. Market Research - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

5. Sales Strategy - Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

1. Experience - Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or natural products industry.

2. Skills -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Product Knowledge -

Basic understanding of essential oils, sandalwood products, and avocado oil.



4. Target-Driven: Strong focus on meeting sales targets.

Remuneration:

1. Gross Salary - 3.60Lacs pa

2. Incentives - Performance based incentives.

3. Daily Allowance - As per market standards.

4. Travel Allowance

Mumbai - monthly railway pass

Outstation- 3rd AC railway ticket or private luxury bus (actual fare).

Pay: ?16,002.34 - ?60,032.96 per month
