About Company:

However, observing that major business houses have scaled significantly by diversifying their product portfolios, they have now decided to follow a similar strategy by adding new verticals to their offerings
An Ideal Candidate:
4-5 years' experience, preferably in the medical device industry. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in handling doctors and hospital networks.
Key Competencies:

  • Preferred Industry Background: Candidates should come from the medical devices, equipment, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Channel Development: Must have the ability to identify and onboard key dealers and dispensing agents to capture significant market share.
  • Doctor Engagement: Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals and driving business through medical associations is essential.
  • Market Expansion: Proven capability in managing and growing market presence and share.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Should be able to provide regular insights on pricing, competition, and market trends, and implement strategic actions in alignment with the Head Office.
  • Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to revenue, average selling price (ASP), collections, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
