Job Description

It is B2B Sales - Solar Loan - MSME Clients. :- Engaging with EPC contractors in solar rooftop space/clean energy installers and MSMEs to generate leads for financing in the assigned districts.- Setting ambitious targets for self and achieving it month on month.- Recruiting, training and managing of the sales team to deliver on the targets in the assigned territory.- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.- Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction.Candidate Details :- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC / Bank, doing B2B / MSME / LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.- Excellent management and organizational skills.- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills- Effective communication skills.About Client:Our client is a leading NBFC which provides financing to MSMEs to help them install high quality solar systems.
