About the Company

RIONEXX is a growing electrical appliances brand delivering high-quality and affordable home appliances. We are expanding our footprint across Madhya Pradesh and seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to strengthen our channel network in the Bhopal region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage channel partners including

distributors, dealers, and retailers

. Identify and appoint

new distributors

to grow the market. Achieve monthly & quarterly

sales targets

for the assigned area. Execute

promotional activities

, marketing schemes, and product visibility plans. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent sales flow. Conduct market visits to understand competition, pricing, and customer demand. Ensure proper branding, product placement, and display across outlets. Train distributor sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques. Manage payment collections, credit limits, and distributor performance. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share regular updates with management.

Candidate Requirements

3-4 years of experience

in Sales & Marketing, preferably in

electrical appliances, consumer durables.

Strong background in

channel sales & distribution management

. Must have experience in

distributor appointment and market expansion

. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ready to travel across

Bhopal and nearby regions

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling field operations independently. Basic knowledge of Excel, reporting, and email communication.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
