Identify new market opportunities and expand channel presence.
Negotiate trade terms and ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Foster strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Address client needs, feedback, and escalations promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
5. Business Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management.
Provide recommendations for strategic improvements based on data-driven insights.
6. Operational Efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit norms.
Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and product teams for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory availability and timely supply to trade partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer durables.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
