Job Description

We're looking for energetic and strategic Area Sales Managers (Modern Trade) to drive growth across key regions in South India. If you love leading high-performance teams, building strong retail partnerships, and scaling revenue in modern trade channels -- this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive modern trade sales targets for your assigned region
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and modern trade retailers
  • Execute joint plans, promotions, and visibility strategies
  • Lead a team of sales officers and merchandisers
  • Monitor secondary sales, ROI, inventory, and stock availability
  • Ensure flawless in-store execution and customer experience
? What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in beauty and skincare industry, specifically in handling Modern Trade chains such as Dmart, Reliance, More, Nilgiris, Ratnadeep etc.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape in South India
  • Proven experience in key account management and regional sales leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Data-savvy, target-driven, and great at building long-term partnerships
  • Fluent in English + at least one South Indian language preferred (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)
