We are an established educational book publishing company seeking an experienced sales professional to drive institutional sales of JEE and NEET preparation books. The role involves building strong relationships with coaching institutes and expanding market presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and onboard coaching institutes for the sale of JEE and NEET preparation books.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, faculty, and institute owners.
Present and promote the company's academic publications effectively to institutional clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct regular market visits and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback from institutes.
Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, marketing, supply chain) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in academic events, seminars, and exhibitions as required.
Desired Candidate Profile;
5-10 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in
educational publishing, edtech, or academic products
.
Proven experience in dealing with
coaching institutes for JEE/NEET or competitive exams
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Qualification;
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
