Support the director/s in securing sales for the company by communicating with customers and serving their order requirements.
2. Track the performance of the senior sales coordinators and sales coordinators and ensure that all customer enquiries are being serviced.
3. Coordinate project information between the area sales managers.
4. Track projects all over the country and inform sales managers and directors on the next steps.
5. Maintain and develop relations with existing and potential customers in person or via telephone calls and emails. Gain a clear understanding of the customers' businesses and requirements.
6. Manage all aspects of the key accounts including order management, enquiry generation and servicing, payment coordination and dispatch coordination.
7. Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
8. Prepare quotations for projects and enquires and track them periodically or as per requirement.
9. Act as an effective contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
10. Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales.
11. Gather market and customer information and build a comprehensive database that will support the directors and sales managers in exploring new orders.
12. Challenge any objections with a view to get the customer to buy.
13. Liaise with factory team to check the progress of existing orders.
14. Record sales and order information.
15. Feed buying trends to directors and sales managers.
16. Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
2. Customer Relations Management
1. Foster customer relations by sending timely greetings and compliments for birthdays, festivals and other special occasions.
2. Handle customer complaints and other grievances.
3. Keep customers updated with new company developments, certifications, product launches and milestone achievements
