Identify new business opportunities for Medical Equipment, Laboratory Equipment
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
Participate in sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Provide basic technical explanations and product comparisons to customers.
Coordinate with technical support teams for installations, demos, and customer training.
Build positive relationships with existing and new customers by providing timely responses and service.
Assist in handling customer queries, preparing quotations, and ensuring follow-up on proposals.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for internal review.
Education -
BE / Dip - Electronic, Graduate in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology etc
