Area Sales Manager - B2B Sales



Location:

Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Goa.


Experience:

Minimum

2+ Years in B2B Sales

(Travel Management Domain Essential)



Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective B2B sales plans to achieve targets for Air, Rail, and Bus ticketing services.

Business Development:

Identify and acquire new business, focusing on corporate clients, travel agencies, and distribution partners within the assigned territory.

Client Management:

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiate, close agreements, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts (daily/monthly), and performance analyses for management.

Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to company standards, sales policies, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

Minimum

2+ years

of successful B2B sales experience, specifically in

Travel Management, Ticketing, or the Aviation/Tourism Industry

.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Tools:

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Disposition:

Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel extensively as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
