The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Mumbai will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring consistent revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a proven ability to sell technology-driven solutions to doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, demos, and closures within the assigned regions.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
Understand customer needs and articulate the value of HealthPlix's products to drive adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
Continuously track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
Requirements
2-6 years of relevant experience in healthcare or software sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
High level of self-motivation with a strong drive for results.
Willingness to travel extensively to assgined locations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
