Gulab is one of India's trusted edible oil and food brands with a strong presence across multiple states. We are expanding our distribution network in Maharashtra and looking for passionate and experienced FMCG sales professionals to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle sales operations and business growth in assigned districts around Pune.
Appoint new distributors and manage distributor profitability.
Lead, guide, and monitor sales officers and sales executives.
Drive primary & secondary sales targets and ensure timely collections.
Plan and execute market promotional activities and brand visibility programs.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing changes.
Ensure product placement, availability, and coverage across general trade.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of FMCG Sales experience.
Preferred:
Edible Oil / Food & Staples FMCG background.
Strong distributor & market network handling experience.
Leadership and team management skills.
Graduation / MBA preferred.
