We are looking for a
dynamic and performance-driven Sales Personnel
to handle primary and secondary sales of
Birla Opus Cement
in the assigned territory.
The role focuses on building strong channel relationships, expanding market reach, ensuring brand visibility, and achieving sales targets through effective market planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Birla Opus Cement in the assigned area.
Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key influencers (e.g., contractors, architects, builders).
Generate new leads and expand the dealer network in untapped markets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ensure timely order booking, delivery follow-ups, and payment collection.
Execute brand visibility and promotional activities to enhance market presence.
Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns, events, and product promotions.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
Provide market feedback to the management team to support product development and strategy decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in Paints , cement, building materials, or construction-related sales.
Proven experience in dealer/channel management and territory development.
Knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
?35,000 - ?75,000 per month (As per Profile)
(based on experience and skillset). + Performance Based Incentives.
Annual appraisal and growth based on performance.
