to join our Rooftop Solar team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales of residential and commercial solar rooftop systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) for solar rooftop systems.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, and digital platforms.
Conduct site surveys in coordination with the technical team.
Explain solar solutions, system benefits, and financial savings to clients.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and ROI calculations.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
Coordinate with design and installation teams for project execution.
Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, and subsidy schemes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of solar energy systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Customer-oriented attitude and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
