Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Field Sales Executive

to promote and sell our

cattle feed products

to dairy farmers, cattle owners, distributors, and retailers. The role involves market development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:



Identify and visit potential customers such as dairy farmers, cattle breeders, and feed retailers. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers. Promote the benefits and nutritional value of our cattle feed products. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Market Research & Customer Insights:



Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction. Recommend improvements in pricing, packaging, and promotions.

Relationship Management:



Maintain strong relationships with farmers, dairy cooperatives, and distributors. Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding cattle feed usage and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and awareness programs for farmers.

Order Management & Reporting:



Collect orders and ensure timely delivery of cattle feed products. Maintain records of sales, collections, and customer interactions. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

Skills & Qualifications:



Must Have:



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Basic knowledge of cattle nutrition and dairy farming practices. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred:



Prior experience in cattle feed, agriculture products, or veterinary sales. Familiarity with rural markets and farming communities.
