? Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
? Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimum performance and productivity.
? Identify and onboard channel partners, system integrators, and dealers in the assigned region.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and End Users.
? Make field visits, product presentations, and handle demo sessions for potential customers and partners.
? Monitor competitor activities and market trends; recommend proactive strategies. ? Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare daily/monthly sales reports, and update the pipeline.
? Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Technical Support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
? Drive awareness and market penetration of new digital and wireless security products. Skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Additional language proficiency in any of the following is highly preferred: ₹ Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali.
? Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. ? Sound knowledge of regional market trends in security solutions and smart home automation.
? Team management and leadership abilities. ? Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of digital products and smart solutions.
Qualification
:
? Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BSc, BTech preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
? Proven track record in channel sales and regional market development.
