Job Description

We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (2-5 years of experience) to lead and manage our sales team with a strong focus on revenue generation, market intelligence, and competitiveness. The role involves allocating work to sales executives, supporting them in closing deals, handling order finalization and negotiations, authorizing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-ups on enquiries and quotations. You will also be responsible for reviewing enquiries, maintaining registers, updating task lists, allocating new leads through CRM, and monitoring debtor follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate/MBA with excellent skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership, and adaptability. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic data analysis, and market research is essential. Success in this role will be measured by growth in revenue, market share, margins, repeat sales, customer satisfaction, reduced cost of sales, and actionable market intelligence.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
