Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales goals.

3. Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth.

4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.

5. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

6. Product Promotion: Promote products and services to customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition.

7. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
