Area_Sales_Manager

: Ulwe, Navi_Mumbai

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 Years

Industry:

Building_Materials / Real_Estate_Developer_House / Plywood_Industry

Key_Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and real estate developers
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive business expansion
Handle end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to order closure
Regular market visits for client acquisition and retention
Collaborate with the internal team for pricing, delivery, and support

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in Plywood, Firedoor, Building Materials, or Real Estate
Strong communication, negotiation, and market mapping skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai is a plus
Salary: 30000 to 70000 + PF
