Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and oversee our stores within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retail apparel industry, particularly in store or sales management. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and executing brand strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple stores. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results. Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and sales teams. Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location. Ensure that store teams understand and are working towards their KPIs to drive sales and improve overall store performance. Ensure that all stores operate effectively and efficiently. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and support operational standards and compliance with brand guidelines. Champion customer service excellence across all locations. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satis Analyze market trends and competition within the region. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other areas of business interest to senior management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in retail management, specifically in the apparel or clothing industry. Previous experience as a Store Manager or Sales Manager is essential. Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to retail operations and sales performance. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within a multi-store environment. Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels, both within the company and with external partners.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
