The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of laparoscopy or endoscopy products and experience in working closely with gastroenterologists, urologists, and gynecologists. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and achieve targets for assigned territory through effective territory management and customer engagement. - Promote and sell laparoscopy/endoscopy equipment and other medical devices to hospitals, surgeons, and medical professionals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders including gastro surgeons, urologists, and gynecologists. - Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to prospective clients. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for territory growth. - Ensure timely collection of payments and manage a er-sales service coordination. - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor ac vi es, and market dynamics. - Submit timely reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Science (Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.) is mandatory. - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales of medical equipment/devices, preferably in laparoscopy or endoscopy. - Strong network and working relationships with gastroenterologists, urologists, and gynecologists. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
