Area Sales Manager - We at Hireginie have been mandated by a renowned medical device company to fill up their position for Area Sales Manager.Job Role : Area Sales ManagerExperience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical SalesJob Location : Pune, Ahmedabad, ChennaiPay Range : up to 10 LPA+ incentive : - Responsible for sales of the assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory, negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects.- Developing, maintaining and improving the relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.- Does Mapping of the market and customers.- Achieving established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and Achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.- Developing and executing territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets.- Partnering with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage.- Understanding and selecting the right promotional tactics to optimize sales, responsible for maximizing promotions.- Conducting monthly/quarterly/annual business review with in his/her respected area- Focusing on optimized product mix (push sales/volume)- Ensuring orders and payments are collected and Turnover targets are reached.- Monitoring customer stock situation, effectively manage out of stock situations, and monitors customer overdues.- Developing and managing the business channel partners/ Dealers in his/her assigned area.- Managing and leading the allocated team to achieve the assigned target.- Managing the optimization of budget allocated for business related expenses for self and the team members. Requirements : - Preferably MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing.- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals.- Good inter-personal skills.- Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel Management- Strong team and stakeholder management skills- Good professional communication.- Dynamic and fit to travel for business purposes.- Knowledge about MS office (should know how to fill meeting formats)Having Product Knowledge & Product Demo Skills.
