Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to lead and drive sales operations for our medical device portfolio and surrounding regions. The role involves managing a team of Medical Representatives, achieving sales targets, building strong hospital and doctor relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct field visits with team members to monitor performance and provide guidance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to support decision-making.
Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance reviews.
Requirements:
B.Pharm / Life Sciences and related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
