(Male Candidate) Location: West BengalSalary: 10 to 18 LPAIndustry: Medical EquipmentKey Responsibilities: Training & Development:- Participate in an extensive training program that covers product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and industry regulations. Sales Support:- Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales presentations for prospective clients. Market Research:- Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. Product Knowledge:- Learn and understand the technical features, benefits, and applications of our medical devices to effectively communicate with customers. Customer Interaction:- Support customer interactions, including answering inquiries, providing product information, and handling minor customer issues under supervision. Sales Reporting:- Assist in preparing regular sales reports and tracking the progress of sales targets and KPIs. Networking:- Attend industry events, conferences, and medical trade shows to build relationships with healthcare professionals and expand the company's customer base. Collaboration:- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies -and promotional activities. Post-Sales Support:- Provide assistance in post-sales activities, including following up with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background:- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.- MBA in Sales & Marketing Sales Skills:- Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market trends. Prior experience in sales is a plus but not required. Communication Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and clients. Technical Aptitude:- An interest in learning about medical devices, their applications, and understanding technical specifications. Self-Motivation & Drive:- A proactive and goal-oriented individual who is eager to learn and achieve sales targets. Teamwork & Collaboration:- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
