Job description:- Position Title: Area Sales Manager -Delhi- Department: Sales & Marketing- Location: Should be based in Delhi & need to handle North Region- Reporting To: National Sales Head Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of medical devices within the assigned territory to meet or exceed targets- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions- Identify and onboard new channel partners and support existing ones- Conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare providers- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits- Maximize AMC/CMC (Annual/Maintenance Contracts) business in the region- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business- MBA preferred- 2-6 years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 1 to 2 years in similar industry.- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office- Willingness to travel extensivelyKey Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Strategic thinking and market analysis- Leadership and team management- Customer-centric approach- Technical understanding of medical devicesPlease share your updated resume along will providing following information's:- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice period- Current Location- Preferred Location- How many years experience in medical devices sales?
