Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and manage distributors/dealers. Conduct farmer meetings, cattle camps, and promotional activities. Build strong relationships with farmers, vets, and channel partners. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Ensure timely order booking, stock management, and collections. Provide regular sales reports and territory updates.

Skills Required:



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of cattle feed, dairy industry, or rural markets. Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, or related field. 5- 8 years of sales experience in cattle feed or agro-based products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
