Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets consistently.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years
of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
Strong existing customer base in Tamil Nadu (mandatory).
Good knowledge of industries, routes, pricing, and logistics requirements in Tamil Nadu.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused with strong time management.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
