Achieve sales targets for assigned territory through effective dealer & distributor management.
Plan and execute market development activities, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, farmers, and key influencers in the region.
Ensure timely collections, order booking, and secondary sales tracking.
Monitor competitor activities and share regular market intelligence reports.
Coordinate with the regional manager and marketing team for brand-building activities.
Support in new product launches and ensure effective positioning in the territory.
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agriculture) preferred.
5-8 years of relevant experience in the seed industry (field crops).
Strong knowledge of local market dynamics in Beed & surrounding districts.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
