An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate should have 4-8 years experience in sales of medical device.
Key Competencies:
1. Ensure target achievement as per AOP on a monthly & quarterly basis.
2. Ensure execution of marketing strategies/ activities/initiatives.
3. Distribution channel management
4. Customer Relations management
5. Marketing initiatives in the area
6. Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the area
7. Good relationships with the intervention cardiologist in the area
8. DSO/outstanding management (for respected territory/regions).
9. Maintaining and managing SFDC on a regular basis (with targeted sales call averaged as agreed).
