Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales and distribution strategies.
Expand channels, ensure stock availability, and improve retail visibility.
Plan local promotions, dealer schemes, and counter competitor actions.
Lead, train, and manage the sales team with clear KPIs and reviews.
Track performance, analyze market trends, and ensure process adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/MBA with 5-10 years' experience (FMCG/Telecom preferred).
Strong channel management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
