Role Overview


Drive regional sales growth by expanding distribution, strengthening brand visibility, and leading the sales team. The role focuses on sales strategy, market development, team management, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute regional sales and distribution strategies. Expand channels, ensure stock availability, and improve retail visibility. Plan local promotions, dealer schemes, and counter competitor actions. Lead, train, and manage the sales team with clear KPIs and reviews. Track performance, analyze market trends, and ensure process adherence.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate/MBA with 5-10 years' experience (FMCG/Telecom preferred). Strong channel management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
