Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals Lead and manage the sales and marketing team Identify new market opportunities and customer segments Oversee digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset Analytical skills for interpreting market data and sales metrics Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing in Publishing field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful campaigns

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue growth percentage Customer acquisition and retention rates ROI on marketing campaigns Team performance and productivity Should have experience in Ed-tech company
