Duties
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise market penetration and revenue.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales performance.
Conduct regular market visits and attend industry events to promote the organisation's products and services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop regional campaigns tailored to local markets.
Provide detailed reports on regional sales activities, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and standards across all sales operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
