About the Role:
We are looking for graduates to join our team as
Area Sales Managers
to drive revenue through
direct sales
by
recruiting, training, and managing Dealer Network.
Key Requirements
Graduates with 5 to 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
Direct sales & Dealer Expansion and Development Experience Mandatory.
5 years of experience in appointing Dealers.
Ie. Insurance or Banking or experience in working with Broker - sub channels, Telecom sector, etc
Proven track record in managing indirect sales and partner networks
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel across regions
Fluency in English and local language mandatory
Natives of specified locations only need apply
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and campus outreach activities to promote our e-learning comprehensive solutions
Recruit and onboard Dealers to promote our e-learning solutions
Train Dealers on e-learning features and sales strategies
Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets in your assigned territory.
Monitor Dealers activities and support them in lead conversions.
Identify potential institutions and opportunities for partnership.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
