Key Duties:
Visit colleges and educational institutions regularly.
Meet with decision-makers and present our offerings.
Generate qualified leads and record contact details.
Update lead status & follow-ups in CRM or tracker system.
Coordinate with marketing/sales teams for campus sessions or events.
Achieve monthly lead targets (e.g., number of visits, number of leads).
Collect market feedback from institutions and report to team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
1-2 years in sales, business development or education outreach.
Good communication in English & Malayalam.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting people.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM/tracker).
Self-motivated, target-driven.
