As part of our expansion, we are seeking an energetic and result-oriented
Sales Manager
with a strong background in
building material, architectural, or interior sectors
-- someone who has strong connections with
Architects, Interior Designers, MEP, ELV, and Lift Contractors
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Audio-Video and Control System solutions.
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with
Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Contractors, ELV Contractors, and Lift Contractors
.
Present customized AV and automation solutions to consultants and clients, ensuring alignment with project needs.
Coordinate with internal teams for
project estimation, design proposals, and technical support
.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and market follow-up.
Monitor
industry trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities
within the AV and building integration domain.
Candidate Profile
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
, with at least
2 years in building materials, architecture, or interior industry
.
Strong
networking ability
with consultants, architects, and project decision-makers.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
Willingness to travel across Kerala for business development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
