Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned region.
Identify, acquire, and manage new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales objectives.
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site inspections to ensure strong market presence.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to support sales initiatives.
Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and business meetings as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in English and local languages (as per regional requirements).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and achieve sales targets.
