1. Planning, organising and executing S&D plan for their respective zone product wise, distributor wise , town wise, outlet wise on time and responsible for primery and secondary sales of the Zone. 2. Maintain relation with distributors and maintain stock level minimum 45 days. Increase billing reduce stock return, damage return and timely collection of receivables. 3. Responsible for obtaining no due certificate from distributors on quarterly basis. Action for liquidation of non moving and near expiry stock from distributors and retailors. 4. Responsible for area demarkation, terittory maping, outlet mapping and appointment of Distributors to reduce service gaps 5. Responsible for reducing manday loss by filling field staff on time and managing leaves. Re arrangement of PJP to avoid sales loss 6. Responsible for Learning and development of staff and reduction of attritions. 7. Accountable for visibility and availability of the product in all outlet in the respective area and responsible for proper settlement of claims as per the company policy 8. Responsible for performance analysis and review mechanism on daily/weekly/monthly basis and corrective actions.
Experience - 8 to 12 Years FMCG Sales

Location -Ernakulam, Thrissur , Malappuram, Palakkad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
