Job Summary

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area. This includes developing strategies to meet sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that the company's sales objectives are achieved.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Develop and execute strategies to meet sales objectives in the assigned area.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to ensure peak performance.

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting:

Track sales performance and report progress to senior management.

Product Knowledge:

Ensure team has a thorough understanding of products/services to effectively promote them.

Requirements:




3-5 years of experience in sales of biomedical equipment along with 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
