Managing sales teams

: Leading and motivating sales teams, and providing training

Setting sales goals

: Establishing sales targets and ensuring they are met

Building relationships

: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, both existing and potential

Analyzing data

: Analyzing sales data and performance to develop and adjust sales strategies

Coordinating with other teams

: Working with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services

Preparing reports

: Preparing regular reports and participating in meetings to review performance

Identifying customers

: Identifying the ideal customer for the company, and building a buyer persona to represent them

Using computers

: Using retail management software to process orders and receipts, edit inventory prices, maintain employee schedules, and track store progress
