Amplesta is hiring an Area Sales Manager - Haryana to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and strengthen dealer relationships across the state. The role focuses on scaling kitchen appliance sales through a strong distributor and dealer-led model.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for kitchen appliances (chimneys, hobs, etc.)
Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retail partners
Appoint, manage, and expand distributor and dealer networks across Haryana
Develop Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets and improve SKU penetration
Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and kitchen studios
Execute in-store branding, displays, and local promotions
Conduct product training and dealer meetings
Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Candidate Requirements
4-8 years of sales experience in kitchen appliances / home appliances / consumer durables
Strong knowledge of Haryana dealer & distributor markets
Experience handling NCR-adjacent and non-metro territories
Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively within the state
