Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales performance across the assigned Bangalore territory
Handle and mentor a team of sales executives/TSMs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, OT staff, and distributors
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
Ensure effective product promotion and market coverage
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies
Candidate Profile:
Graduate (Science / Pharmacy / Business preferred)
3-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare or surgical consumables
Strong exposure to hospital sales and distributor management
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong execution capabilities
Willingness to travel within the Bangalore territory
