We're seeking an ambitious, hard-working and results-driven Sales Manager to drive our market expansion and revenue growth efforts in the musculoskeletal pain management industry. Your primary responsibility is to visit doctors / practitioners frequently, achieve sales and meet your periodic sales targets, to develop deep relationships, drive sales, keep track of collections and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
? Create list of doctors / physiotherapists / retailers / distributors in the area and keep the information updated at all times
? This is an on-field sales role involving visiting doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams
? Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector
? Achieve sales for the business and meet periodic sales targets
Required Qualifications:
? Experience: Min. 3 years of work experience, MANDATORY in medical devices / equipments / surgicals
? Education: Any graduate
? Tech Skills: Proficient in basic excel and google suits (drive, sheets, docs, etc).
? Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
? Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
