We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to lead and expand our software sales operations within the assigned region. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned area.
Manage, guide, and motivate the area sales team to meet individual and collective sales goals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct software demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as required.

Pay: ₹17,940.44 - ₹30,000.00 per month
