Job Description

Job Role:
The role involves developing sales strategy to target Corporate clients for both EB and Non
EB insurance business and responsible for revenue growth by building strong client
relationships and fulfilling all the insurance needs of the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
?Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities through proactive
prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
?Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional
service delivery and understanding of their evolving needs.
?Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and surpass
sales targets within the designated corporate market
Qualifications:
?BBA & MBA or equivalent.
?Proven 5-7 years in insurance corporate sales, exceeding targets, managing teams.
?Strong client relationship building abilities
?Exceptional communication, negotiation in the corporate sector.
?Strategic, analytical thinker with strong business acumen for effective decision-
making.
