The Sales Manager at our Aesthetic Clinic plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Proven sales management experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser, facials).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Preferred:-
Background in nursing, skincare, or aesthetic medicine is a plus.
Experience working in a high-end or luxury service environment.

Base salary + commission / performance-based incentives
